In January 2012 a joint venture agreement was signed between Care-O-Valve and EMDAD in Abu Dhabi UAE. This alliance was initiated in respons to the major expansion in the region’s Oil&Gas  Facilities and drilling activities which increase the demand for Valve and Wellhead services across the Upstream and Downstream Industries.

Today EMDAD & Care-O-Valve are serving the Oil & Gas industry with a whole range of valve related services. These services are provided in EMDAD Valve Testing and Maintenance Workshop in Musaffah-(M45) where a complete inspection, repair, testing, maintenance services for all kinds of valves and actuators, irrespective of type, size and class are performed.

The workshop is fully design, automated and capable to offer full range of refurbishment service for all type of valves and actuators up to 52”. In fact it is highly equipped and automated for valves testing and thanks to its Machining Shop it can provide any kind of machining.

There is also a Process Manual Valve Repair Program for Refineries, Chemical Plants, Power Generation and Pipelines. This Workshop will be the only one connected to a fully sized Sandblasting and Painting Booth existing on the same location and independently run by Prezioso EMDAD LLC.

The Workshop Mechanical Services include Valve and Actuator Repairs, NDT and Inspections, Machining, Technical Bolting,  Turnaround Shutdown and outage Services, Fugitive Emissions Control, Energy Management.
